Where Do We Deliver Our Meat?
We deliver throughout England and Wales. All orders within Hereford City boundary will be personally delivered by ourselves on a Monday afternoon. Everything else we use APC overnight courier.
When Will My Meat Be Delivered?
Orders placed before 12 noon on Monday and Thursday will be delivered the next day.
What If I Am Not At Home To Take Delivery?
Our courier will leave it in a safe place if you have requested it or leave their contact card.
What If I Have Nowhere Safe To Leave A Parcel?
Delivery can be arranged to a neighbour or a work place.
How Will My Meat Be Packed And Kept Cool?
Our meat is vacuum packed from fresh and packed in Woolcool insulated packets or boxes with ice packs .
What Is Woolcool?

Can I Collect My Order?
Yes, you can Click & Collect or Ring & Collect your order from us on Monday 9 – 1, Thursday 9 – 1 and Saturday 9 – 1.
How Can I Pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards either through our online system or telephone orders.
